Thank you all for your kind words and well wishes. My shoulder is rather bruised and a little stiff but it's quite lucky that you don't have to move it too much to ride a bike!!
Nurse Jooooody is amazing with her bag of special tricks and I'm sure it will be right as rain in a couple of days.
